Learn about the different controls on your bedside clock. 
Stop button
The stop button primarily functions as a stop button for active alarms.
Stop alarm: Press it once to stop the alarm from playing.
Light toggle: When an alarm is not active it functions as a light toggle for the built-in nightlight. Press it anytime to toggle it on/off.
Skip next alarm: The stop button can also be used to skip your next alarm. If you have an alarm enabled, and it shows up on the watch face below the current time, then simply double press the stop button to disable that alarm.
This also works when the alarm is snoozed.
Snooze button
Pressing snooze while an alarm is playing gives you another 5 minutes in bed. You can snooze as many times as needed.
Play sleep sounds Quickly toggle on your last used sleep sound by double pressing the snooze button. A "zZ" icon will show in the upper right corner when sleep sounds are playing. Use the selector wheel to adjust the volume.
Pause sounds To pause either sleep sounds or wind down sounds press the snooze button once.
Selector
Press the selector once to enter the settings and navigate by rotating and pressing. The selector is primarily used for settings and adjusting volume.
Quick exit shortcut By pressing and holding the selector button, you will exit all the way out of any sub menus.
Turning on the display light
Any interaction with the clock will turn on the display light for 10 seconds.
Reboot
Next to the USB-C port on the back of the bedside clock you will find a small pinhole. This is the reboot button. Press it once to reboot the clock. This does not reset or delete any settings.
