Sleep sounds

Sleep sounds are a selection of sounds that you can play throughout the night to help you relax and fall asleep.

Select sound

Navigating through the list of sounds will play a short excerpt of the sounds at a moderate volume. Upon selecting a sound you may set the desired volume.

Duration

Choose between 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours of playback. Any type of alarm will stop the sleep sound, and instead play the alarm sound.

Play sleep sounds

You can either start the sleep sounds from within the settings by pressing "Play now" or you can at anytime double press the snooze button to start playback.

While the sleep sound is playing you can use the selector wheel to adjust volume.

Press the snooze button once to pause playback.
