First setup

This guide will help you set up your bedside clock and your new sleep routine.

1. Connect to power

The clock should be in a travel mode upon setting it up for the first time. To unlock the clock and start using it you need to connect it to power via the included USB-C cable. Most wall power adapters (like your phone charger) should work for this purpose.

2. Unlock the clock

Once the clock has started charging its built-in battery it will update the display to "Press and hold". Keep it connected to power.

The clock is still in travel lock mode. To unlock it press and hold the button on the selector wheel for at least 5 sec. The display will blink a few times and display a time once it's unlocked and ready.

3. Set the current date & time

Now that your clock is connected to power you might need to set the correct date & time for your location, as well as time format (24 or 12-hour).

Step 1 Enter the menu by pressing the selector wheel.

Step 2 Go to "More" > "Date & time". Use the selector wheel to navigate and enter settings.

Step 3 Choose between "Manual" or "Automatic" setup by pressing the selector wheel and start setting up the date & time by selecting "Settings" and follow the instructions.

NOTE

Automatic date & time requires a Wi-Fi connection. You must connect your bedside clock to Wi-Fi to use this feature.

Daylight saving

By using the automatic setup process your clock will switch to daylight saving time automatically as it syncs the time online every night.

NOTE

It is recommended to always keep the bedside clock connected to power.
