How to update the firmware

New features might be available and waiting for you in the form of a new firmware update. Follow these instructions to get started.

Prerequisites

  1. The clock is connected to a power source.
  2. The clock is connected to your home Wi-Fi.
  3. The time and date must be set to the present time.

Checking for updates

To check if there are any updates available: Go to your web control page > Update firmware > Click "Check for updates" If a newer version is available, you can continue.

Updating the firmware

On your web control page, go to Update firmware. Here you will find "Update". The clock will automatically start downloading and installing the update. It's important to keep it connected to power. When it's done updating, it will reboot and prompt you to unlock the travel lock.

NOTE

Updating the firmware will delete your saved alarm times and schedules.
